摘　　要：介绍了建设项目实施过程中界面管理的必要性和管理方法。对常见管理模式下的界面管理进行了详细论述,提出了自己的见解,探讨了信息技术在项目界面管理中的应用。This paper introduces the need for interface management of construction projects and interface management methods within the implementing process. It includes three types of interface management, namely, physical, contractual, and organizational management. Contractual interface management and organizational interface management of common management models are in details discussed. It puts forward the methods of contractual interface management and organizational interface management. It also probes into the application of information technology in project interface management fields.
