体外射频治疗前列腺疾病──附137例临床疗效分析

摘　　要：自１９９３年６月—１１月，用体外射频治疗机治疗前列腺增生（ＢＰＨ）１１８例，有效率９６．６１％，慢性前列腺炎１９例，有效率８９．５％，结果表明其疗效显著，治疗过程中，病人毫无痛苦、无出血、损伤、感染等并发症。老年体弱，合并肺心病、糖尿病等患者也都能耐受本疗法，其适应症范围可望扩大。From June to November 1993,one hundred and eighteen patientswith benign prostatic hypertrophy and nineteen with chronic prostatitis underwenttreated with External Radio Frequency(ERF).The effective rates are 96.61percentand 89. 5 percent respectively.The result indicates that the treatment is signifi-cantly effective. During the treatment the patients are painless and no complic-ations such as bleeding,infection etc. Even the elderly patients with weaknessand the patients with pulmonary heart disease, hypertention and diabetestolerated ERF. The indications of ERF expected enlarged.
