摘　　要：人绒毛促性腺激素玛希泰酶标膜型单克隆抗体尿液早早孕诊断法具有准、早、快、便四大特点，准确率为９９．４％，与Ｂ超及临床检查结果的符合率为９９．４％，具有较高的灵敏度和准确率，在月经来潮前即可作出是否怀孕的诊断，为单克隆抗体酶免疫法中的优选方法。可用于停经４２天以内的早早孕诊断、药物抗早孕或流产吸宫后随防及置宫内节育器前的监测。有利于计划生育及优生工作的开展，有广阔的应用前景。his paper reported that HCG Maxi Text had four characteristic of sensiti- vity, early, rapid, convenient, accurate rate was 99. 4%. There was 99.4%concordance between the Maxi Text with B─type supersonic and clinical observe.There was hightly sensitivity and accuracy. It can diagnose whether pregnancyor not before menses.It's the greater useful analytic methods than othermonoclonal antibodies enzyme linked immunoassay test.It can diagnose prematurepregnancy before 42 days. It was advantages for family planning and kugenics.There was vist applied vistas.
