摘　　要：采用埋弧自动焊对大直径焦炭塔立式组装横缝进行不同的坡口型式、不同焊材 (进口和国产 )进行焊接试验 ,比较不同组合情况下的高温拉伸、常温拉伸、弯曲、冲击性能 ,并进行了工艺评定 ,结果表明该方法是可行的 ,此工艺已投入实际应用。A complete set of SAW technology welding te st s on vertical assembly transverse seams of large diameter coke drum is developed based on comparing various performances of high temperature tension,normal temp erature tension, bending and impact in different preparation shapes and differen t welding consumables (imported and domestic)combination situation. Welding proc edure qualification tests are also performed.Results show the method is feasible . And this technology has been put into practical application.
