摘  要:12 .5× 10 4 m3原油储罐是国内目前较大的油罐 ,为了获得大角焊缝和第一、二圈罐壁等关键部位的应力分布情况 ,并检验设计的合理性和运行的安全性 ,对其进行了现场充水试验时应力测试和评定。经理论分析和计算表明 ,被测点油罐外壁的环向应力测试值与理论计算值基本一致 ,环向应力的最大值出现在第一圈罐壁与第二圈罐壁连接处的上侧。按分析设计标准对油罐进行评定的结果证明 ,该油罐设计合理 ,在正常的操作条件下应力水平完全满足强度要求。测试所采用的方法和得到的结果对今后 12 .5× 10 4 m3及 12 .5× 10 4 m3以上油罐的设计和测试有一定的参考作用。The crude oil tank with a capacity of 12.5 ×1 04 m3 is the largest of tank at present in China .To learn the distribution of stress in the fillet weld and the first and second layers of the tank,and t o verify whether the design is rational and operation is safe, stress test and evaluation were made on one of the tanks .The test was conducted by the static r esistance stress-strain method based on the specified on-the-spot conditions .An alysis and calculation show that,the measured value of the circumferential stre ss on the outer surface of the tank is consistent to the calculated value,and t he maximum stress occurs near the upside of the junction of the tank' s first an d second layer .The tank is evaluated based on the design rules,and the result proves that the tank is designed rationally and its strength meets the need of o peration.
