摘　　要：目的检测Silver-Russell syndrome(SRS)候选印迹基因—生长因子受体结合蛋白10(Grb10)在人类卵子和种植前胚胎的正常表达,探讨Grb10与胚胎发育以及辅助生殖的关系。方法应用巢式RT-PCR技术检测印迹基因Grb10在人类卵子及种植前胚胎的表达。结果4细胞、8细胞胚胎、囊胚及卵子中均可测到Grb10基因的表达,2细胞胚胎中未见表达。结论印迹基因Grb10表达于种植前胚胎,与胚胎发育密切相关。Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of imprinted gene Grb10, a candidate gene for Silver-Russell syndrome (SRS), in human oocytes and preimplantation embryos for understanding the role of Grb10 in embryogenesis and assisted reproductive technology (ART). Methods Nested reverse transcriptase (RT)-PCR was used to analyze Grb10 gene expression in human oocytes and preimplantation embryos. Results The transcripts of Grb10 were detected in human oocytes and preimplantation embryos at all stages except for the 2-cell stage. Conclusion Grb10 gene is expressed in preimplantation embryos with close association with embryogenesis.
