摘　　要：姚克敏主任医师通过４０余年的中医临床实践，提出了“郁火”是导致妇科多种疾病的重要原因的认识。认为阴血不足而多郁是妇科病的病理特点之一，郁火的本质特点是本虚标实，虚实相兼，拟定了清、润、疏、达为郁火的治疗法则。With 40 years practiee as TCM,Dr.Yao Ke min has come to the conclusion that stagnated fire is a causative factor of many gynaecological diseases, so she believesthat pathological characteristic of gynaecologicla disease is insufr1ciency of blood and deep de-pression,the characteristic of stagnated fire is deficiency in origin and exeess in supemciaIity,showing bo th asthenia and stheni a symp toms. She advaneed that the principles such asheat-clearing,moistening,alleviating depression and freeing Qi and blood ,should be used forstagnated fire.
