杨林丸治疗危急重症的临床及实验研究

摘　　要：应用云南管氏万春堂家藏方“杨林丸”为主，中西医结合治疗多种危急重症疗效显著。其中高热惊厥（ＦＣ）１０４例，平均退热止惊时间１±１．６小时。中毒性菌痢（ＴＢＤ）１８８例，死亡率由对照组的８．７５％下降到０．９３％。慢性肾功能衰竭（ＣＲＦ）３７例，显效率８３．３％。婴幼儿肺炎中毒性肠麻痹（ＰＴＩＯ）９７例，治愈率８８．７％。提示杨林丸治疗急症有可喜前景。又进行了杨林丸防治家兔呼吸窘迫综合征（ＡＲＤＳ）的动物实验研究，并以强的松作对照，经血气分析、病理变化、多普勒超声检查证明，杨林丸具有通腑活血，排除胃肠积滞，抗凝，改善微循环，增加淋巴细胞免疫，保护肺泡，维护肺泡张力，减轻右心负荷，抗肺动脉高压等作用。With Yan Lin pills(an inherited prescriptions)as the main medicine,the treatment of imminent serious disease(Hyperpyretic convillsion,toxie bacillary dysen-tery, chronic renal failure and infantili pneumonia conbined toxic enteroparalysis and soon) by the TCM combined with westem medicine has proved to be effective. All these indi- cates Yan Lin pills is promising in treating imminent serious diseases .The animal experimen-tal study on the prevention and treatment of ARDS in rabbits by Yan Lin pills has beenconducted,compared with prednisone it has been proved by blood gas analysis. pathologic change and doppler ultrasonic examination that Yan Lin pills have the follow- ing effect such as improving microcirculation, increasing cell mediated immunity due toclearing hollow organs and activating blood civculation and relieving dyspepsia in stomachand intestines,slighting right heart load and risisting pulmonary arterial high pressurethrough proteeting cell pulmonary alveolit and so on.
