姚克敏老师治疗崩漏规律初探

摘　　要：介绍云南名中医姚克敏治疗崩漏的经验，姚氏根据女子的生理特点，提出了“女子三期辨治法”，对青春期、育龄期、更年期患者分别侧重治以健脾益肾清肝、养血调血柔肝、补血益阴和阳法。运用“月经周期分期择时治疗法”，对月经期采用疏和气血调冲；月经后期、月经中期补肝益肾助冲；月经前期和血理气疏导。注重肝、脾、肾、冲任的调治。形成了姚氏妇科的一大特色。The experiences of Yunnan famous doctor Yao Kemin treating Uterinebleeding have been introduced.Dr.Yao advanced treatment according to differentiation inwoman's three different periods.The patients of puberty,childbearing age or chimactericwould be treated discriminately with methods of invigorating the spleen to beneflting kid-ney and clearing away liver-fire, nourishing blood to soften the liver,tonifying the bloodto beniflting Yin and harmonizing Yang.Dr.Yao also used different treatments according tomenstrual cycle,In the time of menses she used treatment of activating Qi and blood to recu-perating Chong channel.In the middle or late period of menses she used the treatment of in-vigorating the liver and kindy to aid Chong channel.Before the time of menses she appliedthe treatment of regulating the blood and Qi. Emphasizing treatment of liver,spleen,kindy and Chong or Ren is the characteristic of Dr.Yao's gynaecology.
