摘　　要：采用X射线荧光光谱仪及熔融玻璃片法分析了颗粒灰中的SiO2,CaO及MgO。在制样时定量加入Co2O3作为分析元素的内标,克服了颗粒灰因工艺和烧失量大小不一等因素的影响,提高了分析数据准确性,缩短了分析时间,获得了满意的结果。Using the method of X ray fluorescent spectrum instrument and melting glass, we analyse SiO 2, CaO and MgO in particulate lime. Add Co 2O 3 regularly as the internal standard of the elements when making samples. Using this method can overcome the consequence caused by different factories, different technology and the weight decrease after burning, improve the accuracy of analytical data, and meanwhile shorten the time needed for analysis. This method will get satisfactory result.
