摘 要:采用非同位素标记原位杂交组织化学方法,检测姜曲海母猪初情期前(初生及15、30、45、60日龄)卵巢和子宫中雌激素受体(ER)mRNA的表达丰度。图文分析系统扫描结果显示:初生卵巢内ERmRNA表达不明显,15-45日龄时阳性率逐渐上升,60日龄时略有下降,阳性斑点主要集中于原始、初级、次级各级卵泡,且大卵泡阳性斑点较小、卵泡密集;子宫内ERmRNA阳性率与日龄呈正相关,且阳性斑点主要出现在子宫内膜腺体中,基质部分较少。ER mRNA expression abundance in the reproductive issues (ovary and uterus) of Jiangauhai sows was investigated before puberty on different postnatal days (PNDs) 0, 15, 30, 45 and 60 by in stiu hybridization histochemistry. Results of image manipulation analysis system indicated that ER mRNA was almost not existed on PNDs 0,ER mRNA expression increased from PNDs 15 to 45, and declined slightly on PNDs 60. Positive stain was mainly detected in primordial follicles, primary and secondary follicles, thicker in big follicles than in small follicles. In uterus, positive intensity of ER mRNA had the significant correlations with PNDs, and ER mRNA was mainly detected in endometrium gland and less in stroma.
