摘　　要：最近许多研究证明,同源盒基因(homeobox gene,HOX)家族在正常的造血过程中起着重要的作用。作为 一类转录因子,HOX基因产物通过结合到特异的DNA序列来调控靶基因的表达。HOX家族成员之一--HOXB, 尤其是HOXB4引起了人们的极大兴趣。研究发现,HOXB4的表达与造血干细胞的自我更新和祖细胞高效增殖功 能密切相关,本文就有关这方面的一些新的研究进展作一综述。Recently, many researches indicated the important role played by homeobox ( HOX) gene family in normal hematopoiesis. As a kind of transcription factors, HOX gene products regulate and control the expression of target genes by binding to special DNA sequences. HOXB, a member of HOX gene family, especially HOXB4 , interests people greatly. It has been found that its expression relates closely to the self-renewal of hematopoietic stem cells and effective prolife ration of hematopoietic progenitor cells. This review presents some new research progress in this area.
