城市污水处理厂运行评估系统的开发与应用

摘　　要：为了评价污水处理厂常年运行情况,并预测未来趋势,开发了城市污水处理厂运行评估系统(MWTPPES)。该系统的设计和开发遵循专家系统的思想。利用该系统对某污水处理厂进行评估,识别影响处理效率、效果、能耗和物耗、稳定性的潜在问题,利用长期监测的历史数据,使用审计原理和方法,通过数理统计分析,评估该污水处理厂长期运行的稳定性和工艺的合理性。评估后发现使用评估系统对该污水处理厂的评估结论与专家独立评估的结论基本一致,证明该评估系统是可靠的。The design and application of a municipal wastewater treatment plant performance evaluation system (MWTPPES) are described. The MWTPPES was based on an expert system which could be used to identify potential problems that affect the system efficiency, effectiveness, energy consumption and material consumption, and stability. The system used audits to analyze the long-term monitoring data and to evaluate the plant stability and effectiveness. The conclusions from the MWTPPES analysis agree well with independent experts, which demonstrates the reliability of the MWTPPES.
