摘 要:目的 通过对大鼠进行8周不同负荷的游泳训练,研究运动对大鼠纤溶系统的影响。方法 将大鼠分成不同负荷组别,在实验结束后采集血浆并检测组织型纤溶酶原激活物(t-PA)和纤溶酶原激活物抑制物- 1(PAI- 1)的变化。结果 经过8周的游泳训练,与对照组相比,90分钟训练组和急性力竭组大鼠的t-PA活性明显上升36 %和32 % (P <0 .0 5 ) ,180分钟训练组的大鼠t-PA活性与对照组比较稍有下降但不明显(P >0 .0 5 )。与对照组比较,90分钟训练组和急性力竭组大鼠PAI- 1的活性下降2 1%和2 2 % ,但差异不显著(P >0 .0 5 ) ,180分钟训练组的PAI- 1活性升高33% (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 长时间的中等负荷和一次力竭性运动可以提高大鼠体内纤溶系统的活性,长时间的大负荷运动则降低纤溶系统的活性。Objective To study the changes in fibrinolytic system after 8-week swimming training under different loads in rats. Methods Four groups of rats were assigned to take 90min, 180min and exhausting training programs (groups B,C and D), with one taking no training (control group A). By the end of 8-week experiment, plasma was collected to test the activities of tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor-1 (PAI-1). Results The t-PA activity was increased by 36% and 32% respectively in groups B and C, as compared with that in group A (P<0.05). The t-PA activity was slightly reduced in group C, though insignificantly (P>0.05). The PAI-1 was increased in group C by 33% (P<~0.05), but tended to decrease in groups B and D (by 20% and 22% respectively,P>0.05). Conclusion Moderate-load training and exhausting effort may increase the activity of fibrinolytic system, while high-load training has the opposite effects.
