健脑灵对小鼠常压耐缺氧能力和组织中丙二醛含量的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨健脑灵对小鼠常压耐缺氧能力和组织中丙二醛含量的影响.[方法]采用常压耐缺氧的方法及硫代巴比妥酸法测定了健脑灵组及对照组小鼠的存活时间及心脏及肝脏组织中丙二醛的含量.[结果]健脑灵能明显延长小鼠常压耐缺氧存活时间,降低组织中丙二醛的含量.[结论]健脑灵具有增强耐缺氧能力及降低组织中丙二醛含量的作用.OBJECTIVE?To study the effects of the Jiannaoling on ability of anti-anoxia and content of MDA at normal pressure in mice.?METHODS?The survival time, content of MDA and lipid peroxid of the heart and liver in of the Jiannaoling and cortrol groups were detected by the anti-anoxia at normal pressure and thiobarbituric acid.?RESULTS?The Jiannaoling could prolong markedly survival time of anti-anoxia and decrease the content of MDA.?CONCLUSION?The Jiannaoling has effects of anti-anoxia and decreasing the content of MDA.
