摘　　要：[目的]探讨悦肝胶囊对酒精性肝损伤小鼠肝脏的保护作用.[方法]将50只KM种小鼠随机分为正常组、酒精损伤组、悦肝胶囊大、中及小剂量组,给予各组小鼠连续灌胃生理盐水或不同剂量悦肝胶囊5周,眼球采血,测定血清丙氨酸转氨酶及超氧化物歧化酶活性和甘油三酯及丙二醛含量.[结果]悦肝胶囊可明显抑制血清丙氨酸转氨酶活性,降低血清甘油三酯及丙二醛含量,提高血清超氧化物歧化酶活性.[结论]悦肝胶囊对酒精性肝损伤小鼠肝脏具有一定的保护作用.OBJECTIVE?To study the protective effects of the Yuegan capsule for alcoholic liver disease in mice.?METHODS?50 cases of KM stirp of mice were randomly divided into normal group, model group, alcoholic liver disease group, large dose group of the Yuegan capsule, middle dose group of the Yuegan capsule and small dose group of the Yuegan capsule. All groups were given normal saline and different dose of Yuegan capsule each other for 5?weeks. The ALT, SOD, TG and MDA in serum were biochemically detected.?RESULTS?The Yuegan capsule restrained the ALT activity, decreased the level of MDA and TG, increased SOD activity.?CONCLUSION?The Yuegan capsule has protective effects for alcoholism liver injury in mice.
