摘　　要：[目的]探讨珍珠梅中提取槲皮素的最佳工艺.[方法]采用均匀设计法,以槲皮素的收率作为主要评价指标,考察乙醇浓度、溶媒用量、回流时间及回流温度对槲皮素提取的影响,筛选出合理的提取工艺.[结果]槲皮素的最佳提取工艺为所用乙醇浓度为950mL/L,乙醇用量为药材的5倍量,提取时间为60min,提取温度为60℃.[结论]经验证性实验证明所优化的条件可靠,适用于提取珍珠梅中的槲皮素.OBJECTIVE?To explore a better extraction technique of quercetin in Sorbaria sorbifolia.?METHODS?Using quercetin as the indexes, the effects of alcohol concentration, solvent amount, extraction time and extraction temperature on extraction technology were evaluated by uniform design method.?RESULTS?The superior technology was as follows:950?mL/L alcohol, 5-fold solvent amount, 60 minutes and the reflux temperature is 60?℃.?CONCLUSION?The better extraction process is proved to be stable and accurate by verificated test, and it is suitable for extraction of quercetin in the Sorbaria sorbifolia.
