朝鲜族与汉族女性期望寿命值比较分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析延吉市朝鲜族与汉族女性的期望寿命值.[方法]采用死亡病例回顾性分析的方法,对延吉市汉族及朝鲜族中老年女性居民死亡病例进行调查分析.[结果]延吉市汉族及朝鲜族女性的平均期望寿命值分别为8229岁及7940岁,汉族女性的期望寿命值高于朝鲜族女性.朝鲜族女性的心脑血管疾病对期望寿命值的影响大于汉族女性,而汉族女性恶性肿瘤对期望寿命值的影响大于朝鲜族女性.[结论]朝鲜族与汉族女性间平均期望寿命值水平及主要死亡原因对期望寿命值的影响差异较大.OBJECTIVE?To analyze the life expectancy of Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese nationalities ~female in Yanji city.?METHODS?The death cases in Yanji city were retrospectively surveyed. The causes of death were classified and coded according to International Classification Diseases (ICD-9).?RESULTS?The life expectancy was 82.29 years old in Han-Chinese nationality and 79.40 years old in ~Korean-Chines e nationality, respectively. In the life eliminated major cause of deaths, cardio cerebrovascular diseases were higher in ~Korean-Chinese nationality than in Han-Chinese ~nationality , and malignant neoplasms were higher in ~Han-Chinese ~nationality than in Korean-Chinese nationality.?CONCLUSION?There were differences on the life ~expectancy and the life eliminated major cause of deaths among Korean-Chinese and Han-Chinese nationalities.
