农业机械工业实行信息化改造的战略选择

摘　　要：农业机械工业的信息化改造,是东北老工业基地调整、改造的重要战略举措。紧紧抓住国际制造业高端产品技术转移和外资北上的契机,用高新技术改造传统制造业,是全面振兴农业机械工业的必由之路。为此,论述了农业机械工业实行信息化改造的重要意义,分析了国内外机械工业行业信息化改造的现状和发展趋势,肯定了黑龙江省农业机械工业在全面实现农业机械化、促进农业可持续发展过程中的地位与作用,指出了在信息化技术应用方面存在的差距,提出了推进农业机械工业信息化改造的若干建议。Information rebuilding in agricultural machinery industry is the important measurement to rebuild and adjust northeast old industrial base. To catch the chance of technology transfer of international manufacturing and foreign capital going into north, that’s the necessary way to develop agricultural machinery industry. So expounded the signification to realize information rebuilding in agricultural machinery industry, analyzed the present status and tendency of information rebuilding in national and international machinery industry, affirmed the position and effect of Heilongjiang provincial agricultural machinery industry in realizing agricultural mechanization and boosting agricultural sustaining development, pointed out the difference in application of information rebuilding, put forward the suggestion to advance information rebuilding in agricultural machinery industry.
