摘 要:为了解 2型糖尿病肾病 (diabeticnephropathy ,DN)不同时期红细胞膜上Na+ K+ ATP酶活性变化 ,为临床诊断、治疗提供理论依据 ,按尿白蛋白排泄率 (urinaryalbuminexcretionrate,UAER)将已确诊为 2型糖尿病的 5 1例患者分为 3组 :糖尿病正常白蛋白尿组 (DM1 组 ) ,微量白蛋白尿组 (DM2 组 ) ,大量白蛋白尿组 (DM3组 ) ;2 0例健康人作为对照组 ,男性 11例 ,女性 9例 ,平均年龄 5 8.2 7± 10 .89岁。将对照组及实验组抽血做红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性检测。结果表明 :DN各组红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性较对照组均显著降低 (均为P =0 .0 0 0 )。说明DN患者红细胞膜Na+ K+ ATP酶活性下降 ,控制血糖、维持Na+ K+To measure Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in the erythrocyte member of patients with type 2 diabetes with diabetic nephropathy in different stage,so as to provide theoretical bases for some clinical diagnoses and treatment.51 patients were divided into 3 groups including normoalbuminuric group(DM_1 group),microalbuminuric group(DM_2 group) and macroalbuminuric(DM_3 group). Normal control group was made of 20 subjects including 11 men and 9 women,average age being 58.27±10.89 .The blood samples were withdrawn in control group and tested group to detect Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in the erythrocyte member.The results showed that Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in erythrocyte member was significantly lower in each group than that of the control group (P=0.001).It demostrated that Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity in erythrocyte member was decreased in diabetic nephropathy. The controlling of blood glucose and remaining of Na^+-K^+-ATPase activity had important significance to improve diabetic nephropathy.
