高支轻薄苎麻机织物的开发

摘　　要：提前收割的鲜苎麻经脱胶后所得精干麻支数高,残胶低,通过新型纺纱技术可纺成60公支以上的高支纱,进而开发出轻、薄、不刺痒的夏季服装面料。The fresh raw ramie harvested ahead was degummed by biologic method and chemical boiling with Alkali. The fiber fineness of degummed ramie is fine and its percent of residual gum content is lower. The fine yarns (more than 60 metric counts ) were produced on spinning frame with sirofil-spun attachment. The clothes made from the fine woven fabrics is cooler in summer.
