摘  要:目的探讨QT离散度(QTd)在高血压伴脑出血者中的变化及其对预后的价值。方法测量30例高血压伴脑出血者(组I)、34例单纯高血压者(组Ⅱ)及35例健康对照组(组Ⅲ)的QTd及校正后的QT离散度(QTcd),并对各组进行比较分析。结果组ⅠQTd和QTcd较组Ⅱ、组Ⅲ延长(P<0.01),组Ⅱ与组Ⅲ间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);组Ⅰ中QTd和QTcd在死亡者中较存活者延长(P<0.05),出血部位靠近中轴者QT离散度较长(P<0.05)。结论高血压伴脑出血者QT离散度延长,并可能与预后有关,且可能受出血部位的影响。Objectives To examine QT dispersion(QTd) in hypertensive patients with intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH)and assess the relationship between QT dispersion and in-hospital mortality in these patients. Methods QTd and corrected QTd (QTcd) were measured in 30 hypertensive patients with ICH, 34 isolated hypertensive patients and 35 members of a control group. QTd and QTcd were compared not only between these groups but also between dead patients and survived patients in ICH. Results QTd and QTcd were significantly higher in hypertensive patients with ICH than in isolated hypertensive patients and the control subjects (P<0.01). There were statistically difference in two groups with ICH who died and who were survived in terms of QTd and QTcd values. QTd and QTcd were higher in patients whose hemorrhage sites were close to middle axis(P<0.05). Conclusion In hypertensive patients with ICH, QT dispersion is significantly greater than in the control subjects and may be contribute prognostic information about in-hospital mortality. It were possibly affected by hemorrhage site .
