Synthesis of Ce and Y Doped Perovskite-Type Oxides and Its Application in Synthesis of Ammonia at Atmospheric Pressure

摘  要:采用溶胶 凝胶法合成了BaZr0.9Y0.1O3-δ(BZY),BaCe0.2Zr0.7Y0.1O3-δ(BCZY)固体电解质前驱体,并在1300℃烧结成致密陶瓷。采用热重差热分析(TG DTA),X射线衍射分析(XRD)及电镜测试(SEM,TEM)对样品进行了表征。并以烧结体样品为固体电解质、银钯作电极,测定了其在不同气氛和温度下的电导率。将该陶瓷用于固态质子传导电池中,在常压下以氮气和氢气为原料合成了氨气。结果表明,氨的比产率可达2.93×10-9mol·s-1·cm-2。Perovskite-type rare earth complex oxides of BaZr_(0.9)Y_(0.1)O_(3-δ) (BZY), BaCe_(0.2)Zr_(0.7)Y_(0.1)O_(3-δ) (BCZY) were synthesized by the sol-gel method and characterized by thermal analysis (TG-DTA), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Using the sintered samples as solid electrolyte and silver-palladium alloy as electrodes, electrical conductivity was measured in different atmospheres using electrochemical methods at 400~800 ℃. Ammonia was synthesized from nitrogen and hydrogen at atmospheric pressure in the solid state proton conducting cell reactor. The rate of evolution of ammonia is up to 2.93×10^(-9) mol·s^(-1)·cm^(-2).
