生殖器湿疣410例分析

摘　　要：目的探讨人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染与外阴、阴道、宫颈、阴茎、肛周等处鳞状上皮癌的发生、进展及预后的关系。方法对410例生殖器尖锐湿疣患者分别做组织学及免疫组化检测。结果410例均可见到“挖空”细胞,常伴有表皮过度角化及角化不全。其中,上皮不典型增生31例,癌变2例。结论明确诊断HPV感染对预测病变的转归、决定治疗方法有重要意义。Objective To determine the correlation between human papilloma virus (HPV) and occurring developing and prognosis of squamous carcinomas in the vulva、 vagina、 cervical、 penis and vicinity of anus.Methods Histologica and immunohistochemical examination were studied in 410 cases reproductive organ warts(condylomata).Results The lesions were characterized by koilocytotic and superfical hyperkeratotic parakeratotic cells were found in all 410 cases.Among these,different degrees of epithelial dysplasia 31 cases,and canceration 2 cases were observed.Conclusion To make clear the diagnoses of HPV infection is very important for forecasting the lesion's consequence and making plan of treatment.
