摘　　要：用荧光猝灭法研究了 5 ,7 二羟基磷酰化黄酮对牛血清白蛋白的相互作用 ,根据荧光猝灭双倒数图计算了磷酰化黄酮与牛血清白蛋白的结合常数。根据FA fluorescene method is used to study the fluorescenece quenching of BSA by its interaction with Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon. The interaction association constants of BSA and Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon are determined by a double reciprocal lineweaver-Burk plot. The experiment demonstrated that the higher the temperature was, the lower the slops of quenching curves of BSA was in presence of different amounts of Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon. It is confirmed that the combination for Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon with BSA is a single static quenching process. According to the Fster dipole-dipole energy transfer, the distance has been measured between the Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon and tryptophane. From thermodynamical coordination it can be judged that the binding power between Diethyl flavone-5-7-yl phosphateon and BSA is static electric power.
