摘　　要：医生应当是社会上较高收入的阶层。要成为优秀的医生,成才前期的高投入、长周期,构成了医生执业的高成本;高科技、高责任、高奉献,构成了医生职业的高风险;高智商、高学历、高技术的投入与低经济收入的产出易使医生的心理受到扭曲。医疗侵权诉讼中的举证责任倒置,使医生成了事实上的弱者,其执业权益和执业环境受到了轻视。为了卫生事业的发展,要尊重医生的劳动,要为医生提供良好的生存环境。Doctors ought to belong to a social stratum with fairly high incomes. The high input and long cycle that is essential to becoming a high-caliber doctor constitute the high costs of the medical profession; high technology, high responsibility and high sacrifices constitute the high risks of the medical profession; the contrast between the input of high intelligence, high academic degree, and high expertise and the output of low economic income tends to warp the minds of doctors. The inversion of the burden of proof in medical lawsuits has practically put doctors on the weak side. Their rights and interests as well as their practice circumstances have been disregarded. For the sake of the development of the health cause, it is imperative to respect the labor of doctors and to provide them with sound survival circumstances.
