摘　　要：创新是图书馆信息咨询发展的灵魂,信息咨询动向影响知识创新的走向,信息咨询馆员对文献信息的信息咨询加工是对已有知识的一种再创造,其信息咨询水平的高低影响知识创新的水平,信息咨询馆员只有与读者双方通过共同的创新性劳动,才能为发展社会生产力提供坚实的智力支持。Innovation is the soul of information consultation development of libraries; information consultation trends influence the orientation of knowledge innovation; information consultation processing by information consultant librarians is a kind of recreation of known knowledge; and the level of information consultancy will influence the level of knowledge innovation. Only through common innovative labor by information consultant librarians and readers, can we develop and provide solid intelligent support for social productivity.
