摘　　要：本文讨论了高校图书馆在观念、管理、信息资源建设、服务、馆员素质等方面的创新,指出创新是图书馆发展的不竭动力。The paper analyzes innovations in university libraries in idea, management, service, construction of information resources and quality of librarians, and points out that innovation is the inexhaustible motive power of libraries.
