摘　　要：本文论述了网络环境下提高参考馆员素质的必要性,分析了参考馆员的素质结构,提出网络环境下提高参考馆员素质的对策和措施。This paper has expounded on the necessity of improving the qualities of reference librarian under the network environments, and analyzed the quality structure of reference librarian, and put forward strategies and countermeasures to improve the quality of reference librarians under network environment.
