摘　　要：本文论述了在市场经济条件下,我国科技期刊编辑人员应具备的素质,包括创新理念、策划和公关能力、经营意识、外语水平、文学及美学修养等。只有这种观念新、素质高的复合型编辑人才队伍,我国的科技期刊才能出精品、创名牌、走向世界。Under condition of market economy, the quality that the editors of sci-tech periodicals in China have is discussed in this paper. The quality includes innovated idea, planning, harmonious ability of public relation, operation idea, foreign language levels, literature and esthetics culture, etc.. Only when we have such talent teams of comprehensive editors of new ideas and high quality, can our sci-tech periodicals produce fine quality periodicals, create famous brand periodicals and make for the whole world.
