摘　　要：目的探讨血脂正常的冠心病患者的临床特点。方法122例患者均于入院后第二天清晨空腹取血,查血脂全项。入院当天或数日后行冠状动脉造影检查。结果经冠状动脉造影证实44例为单支病变,52例为双支病变,26例为三支病变。结论不能忽视血脂正常的人群患冠心病的危险性。Objective To analyze the results of coronary angiography on 122 coronary heart disease patients with normal plasma lipid. Methods 122 patients were examined the levels of plasma lipid after an overnight fast. Coronary angiography were done in a moment or after a few days. Results 44 patients were single branch lesion, 52 patients were 2 branch lesions, 26 patients were 3 branch lesions. Conclusion The patients with normal plasma lipid do not be ignored in coronary heart disease.
