摘  要:目的研究升流式二级曝气生物滤池工艺对生活污水中CODCr的去除效果,为其推广应用提供参考依据.方法该工艺使用的一级填料为陶粒,二级填料为片状活性炭.采用改变滤速、各级曝气量等工艺参数,对比了CODCr在不同阶段的处理效果.结果反应器在1~2m/h滤速下自然挂膜成功,在3~5m/h滤速时CODCr去处效果稳定.结论在流速3m/h、曝气量25L/h时,CODCr处理效果稳定,总平均去除率近90%.当流速为4m/h、曝气量37.5L/h时,去除率为88.20%.滤速5m/h时,一级的曝气量由37.5L/h提高至50L/h,由于较大的上升水流与气流的共同扰动作用增大了滤层孔隙,致使反应器对CODCr的去除率有所下降.并采用气、水联合反冲洗,除去老化的生物膜和截留的悬浮物.Two-stage biological aerated filter was used to treat domestic wastewater in dynamic experiment. The CODCr removal effective of this treatment craft was investigated. The first filter was filled with ceramist, and the second was laminated activated carbon. By comparing the rate of CODCr in different phases by changing several craftwork parameters, the results showed the reactor bio-adhered successfully during the velocity of 1 m/h to 2 m/h and got a stable remove-rate of CODCr during the velocity of 3 m/h to 5 m/h. Therefore, it is safe to draw the conclusion that when the velocity of flow is 3 m/h and the aerate is 25 L/h, the rate of the CODCr removal keeps stably and the total average removal rate is near 90%. The rate reaches 88.2%, when the velocity is 4 m/h and the aerate is 37.5 L/h. At the 5 m/h velocity when the aerate raises from 37.5 L/h to 50 L/h in the first filter, the rate of the CODCr removal declines for some extent because of the enlarged holes between the filters caused by the fierce current and airflow churning up. The treatment effective will refresh after 10 to 15 minutes back washing of aerate and water. The back-washing cycle of the first filter is 1 to 2 days, while that of the second is 3 to 4 days.
