摘　　要：针对目前我国工程量清单招标模式的评标方法各地不一、较为混乱的状况,从四个方面论述了适时采用符合我国国情并与国际接轨的评标方法――合理低价中标法的原因和必要性;提供了该方法在确定合理标准时可以参考的四个对象或要素;从商务标和技术标两个方面探讨了工程量清单招标模式下合理低价中标法评审内容的设置,并依据本文提出的评审内容和合理标准的参考要素,对合理低价中标法的三种评审类型进行了探讨。In view of this situation that appraised bid methods of calling for tender with bill of quantities (BOQ) are various and chaotic in different places at present, discusses the reason and indispensability of the low and reasonable price method from four aspects, the method accords with national conditions and approaches international tendency; proposes four objects or factors which can be referred to when we determine reasonable standards of the method; explores the evaluated contents of the method of calling for tender with BOQ from commercial and technology bid two aspects and probing into three styles of the method according to the evaluated contents and four factors referred to, these research offers scientific foundation for appraising bid of tendering with BOQ.
