摘　　要：本文就国际上两大项目管理知识体系:美国的PMBOK、欧洲的ICB与我国建设部发布的国家标准《建设工程项目管理规范》(GB/T50326-2001)在其目的、内容和侧重方向上进行详细的比较的同时,阐述了《建设工程项目管理规范》的局限性,以利于人们对项目管理的全面了解和我国项目管理的理论体系的更好的发展。This essay intends to have a detailed comparison of the purposes contents and emphasis between The Code of Construction Project Management by Enterprises of Construction Industry issued by Chinese Construction Department and the two international knowledge bodies, American PMBOK and European ICB. Meanwhile, the essay explains the limitation of The Code of Construction Project Management by Enterprises of Construction Industry. Thus it can help us to have deeper and more comprehensive understanding of Project Management. It'll do well to the development and perfection of the theory system of Chinese Project Management and its practical application.
