摘  要:用差示扫描量热法(DSC)、和广角X衍射(WAXD)分析了新型共聚酯PETG的热性能与结晶性能.DSC的研究结果表明:PETG共聚酯的玻璃化转变温度随着CHDM含量的增加而升高;当EG/CHDM投料比为85/15、80/20和75/25时,共聚酯没有结晶峰和熔融峰,即处于一种完全无定形状态.X-衍射表明,DSC中不能结晶的样品即使经过热处理后仍不能结晶,共聚酯的结晶能力总是随着CHDM含量的增加先降低,经过一个最低点后再逐渐升高.Poly(ethylene terephthalateco1,4cylclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate)(PETG) is synthesized from dimethyl terephthalate(DMT), ethylene glycol(EG) and 1,4cyclohexanedimethanol(CHDM) by melt polycondensation. The thermal and crystalline properties of the resulted copolyesters were investigated using the differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the wide angle xray diffraction (WAXD). The glass transition temperature T_g increased with CHDM content increase and when the feed ratio (mol ratio) of EG/CHDM was 85/15, 80/20 or 75/25, the resulted PETG was amorphous. However, when the feed ratio of EG/CHDM was 65/35, the product was crystalline.
