摘　　要：任何一个无线通信系统,空中的无线资源总是有限的,网络将实时的评估目前系统的资源使用情况,及时调整分配给每个终端的无线资源,使在系统中的每个终端的资源需要都得到满足 在这个过程中, 流量控制是一个非常重要的过程 TD-SCDMA系统的流量控制过程渗透到该系统的各个子过程In any wireless telecommunication systems, the radio resource is always limited. Network evaluates the use of radio resource all the time and adjusts the allocation of radio resource in time so as to satisfy the needs of every terminal for resource. During the process, the flow control is an important procedure. The flow control in TD-SCDMA system penetrates into every sub procedures. This paper introduces in principle how to deal with flow control in TD-SCDMA system, and the relationship between resource assignment and flow control.
