摘　　要：文中研究了十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)与苦味酸的显色反应。生成的缔合物在4 2 0 nm处有最大吸收,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.6×10 4 L·m ol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,苦味酸浓度在0～12 0μg·m L- 1 范围内符合朗伯-比尔定律,此法可应用于DDNP废水中硝基酚类的测定。The chromogenic reaction of cetyltrimethyl ammonium bromide(CTMAB)with 2,4,6-trinitrophenol was studied.Th maximum absorptivity wavelength of complex is at 420 nm, and the apparent molar absorptivity is 1.6×10 4L·mol -1 ·cm -1 .Beer’s law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0～120 g·mL -1 for 2,4,6-trinitrophenol.The method was satisfactory applied to the determination of nitrophenol in DDNP wastewater.
