摘　　要：目的:探讨颈部金属异物的临床诊疗方法。方法:回顾分析颈部金属异物12例的临床资料。异物种类:2例为铅弹,7例为铁屑,2例为铆钉,1例为弹片。结果:11例颈部金属异物均经手术取出。1例未手术。2例术后出现并发症。结论:颈部金属异物需手术取出,术前定位及术式的选择极为重要。C形臂术中透视有助于取出金属异物。Objective:To improve the diagnosis and treatment of jugular mental foreign bodies.Method:The clinical data of 12 cases with jugular mental foreign bodies were retrospectively analysed.The foreign bodies were lead pills 2 cases,scrap irons(7 cases),rivet(2 cases),shrapnel(1 case).Result:The foreign bodies were removed out of 11 patients by surgery. Complications were presentd in 2 cases.Conclusion:Jugular mental foreign bodies should be removed in the early period.Preoperative location and method of selection are important,C-arm fluoroscopy is helpful during the operation.
