无创治疗分泌性中耳炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 :观察沐舒坦与氯地液 (0 .2 5 %氯霉素液加地塞米松 )治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效。方法 :分泌性中耳炎 2 4 0例口服沐舒坦 30mg ,3次 /d ,0 .2 5 %氯霉素溶液 8ml加地塞米松 5mg滴耳剂滴入外耳道 ,4次 /d ,7d为一疗程 ,比较治疗前后听力检查结果。结果 :2 4 0耳 (男 12 1耳 ,女 119耳 ) ,治愈 2 2 8耳 ,治愈率为95 %。随访 6～ 12个月无复发 ,痊愈 2 2 0耳 ,痊愈率 91.6 %。结论 :口服沐舒坦加氯地液滴耳治疗分泌性中耳炎有效 。Objective: To observe the curative effect of mucosolvan, chloramphenicol added dexamethasone solution treated for secretory otitis media. Methods: Two hundred and fourty patients were treated by oral mucosolvan 30mg for three times a day,drop of 0.25% chloramphenicol liquor added dexamethasone 5mg (three to four drops) into external acoustic meatus for four times a day . Seven days was a course.Results: Two hundred and twenty-eight ears were cured,and 220 of them had no relapse after a follow up of 6～12 months. Fully recovered rate was 90%.Conclusion: This method is effect for secretory otitis media and is worthy of applying in clinic.
