耳脑胶在耳鼻咽喉科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨耳脑胶在耳鼻咽喉科手术中使用的经验和教训。方法 :为耳鼻咽喉科 92例手术患者使用耳脑胶黏合切口、固定组织瓣、涂抹创面等。结果 :2例切口愈合欠佳 ,90例愈合良好 ,无并发症及不良反应。结论 :耳脑胶在耳鼻咽喉手术中有很好的临床效果。但是 ,在组织中应用时避免过多 ,以免形成团块 。Objective: To investigate the application of ear-brain glue in otolaryngologic surgery.Method: Ear-brain glue was used for 92 cases to paste incision, tackle tissue flap,and paint the wound surface. Result:Ninety cases healed well without complications except for 2 cases. Conclusion:Ear-brain glue is clinical effect,but it should not be used overabundance which can engender conglomeration and affect the healing.
