摘　　要：目的 :探讨内置水囊内扩张复位固定法治疗凹陷性、多发性鼻窦骨折的效果。方法 :2 5例、31侧鼻窦骨折患者于内窥镜辅助下经中 /下鼻道造口径路内置水囊内扩张复位固定法术 ,经影像学检查对比评价手术前后的疗效。结果 :患者均痊愈出院 ,术前伴有的其它异常临床表现消失 ,影像学检查示恢复正常。结论 :内窥镜辅助内置水囊内扩张复位固定术治疗鼻窦骨折疗效良好。Objective: To study the therapatic effect of water capsule put into nasal sinus to be dilated to get fracture reduction and fixation for multiple, depressed nasal sinus fracture.Methods:Thirty-one sides in 25 cases of nasal sinus fractures were treated by this method. Through medius/inferior nasal meatus ostomy, water capsule was put into nasal sinus assisted with endoscope, then water was injected into capsule to dilate the capsule to get fracture reduction and fixation.The effects before and after operation were compared and evaluated by iconographic examination. Results: All were cured with satisfactory. The other abnormal clinical manifestations before operation were disappeared. The iconographic examination showed normal recoverey. Conclusion: This method is satisfactory for nasal sinus fracture,and worthy to be populized.
