摘　　要：鉴定结论作为法定证据之一,与其他证据相比有其自己独特之处。在诉讼中,各国对鉴定结论之审查判断有一定的差异。我国应关注两大法系的发展趋势,构建和完善符合中国国情的鉴定结论之审查判断制度。The conclusion of appraisal, acting as one of legal testimony has its own distinctive qualities compared with other testimonies. In litigation there are some differences in the examination and decision on the conclusion of appraisal in different countries. In China the two legal systems should be noticed and the system of the examination and decision of the conclusion of appraisal in accordance with the condition of China should be formed and improved.
