摘  要:烟气脱硫技术是控制酸雨和二氧化硫污染的最为有效的和主要的技术手段,石灰石-石膏法是目前最成熟的烟气脱硫技术之一。对太原第一热电厂简易湿式石灰石-石膏法烟气脱硫技术进行系统地分析。通过对试运期间运行数据的分析、试验值与设计值的比较及对烟气脱硫系统的成本分析,从多角度阐述了应用石灰石-石膏法脱除烟气中二氧化硫的有利因素,对系统中存在的pH值下降异常、石灰石过剩率偏高及设备存在的喷嘴和除雾器结垢及机器振动等问题,提出了加装NaOH添加装置、改善石灰石品质、水力旋流器入口加装切换式滤网及加装清洗装置等具体解决办法,为该装置的正常运行提供了技术依据。Flue gas desulfurization is the most effective and leading method to control acid rain and SO2 pollution and limestone-gypsum FGD method is most matured until now. The simplified wet limestone-gypsum FGD system applied in Taiyuan No.1 Cogeneration Power Plant is introduced in detail in this article. Through the analysis of operation data during trial operation, comparison of test result and design value and cost of FGD system, the favorable factors in applying this system are concluded. There still exist some problems in this FGD system, for example, pH value descended abnormally, the surplus ratio of limestone and the equipment problems like nozzle and demister scaling and machine vibration. Aiming to these problems, some solutions were proposed, such as installing NaOH-adding equipment, improve the limestone quality, installing cleaning equipment.
