摘　　要：执法公示制是行政执法责任基本制度之一,是行政执法责任制体系中的关键制度。目前,我国各地行政执法公示制的基本做法有一定差异并存在着一些问题。只有完善行政执法公示制,才能促进政府机关的依法行政。Public announcement system is a key system in administrative law enforcement institution. There are quite many problems in the basic procedure of the public announcement system in China. Only with the improvement of the system can the government possibly do well in the administration in accordance with law.
