摘　　要：根据中国农村劳动力转移的实践发展,通过实证材料、完全理性国家模型和收入博弈分析,探讨在非正式经济占据主要成分的中国农村劳动力转移的理论本质与基本动因;本着科学发展观,提出将“农村剩余劳动力转移”修改为“农村人力资源配置”。According to the practice development of China rural labors moving, and through the game analysis on investigation datum, reasonable nation model and farmers income, the theoretic essence and motive of rural labor moving in China rural areas where informal economy are dominant, were discussed, and the concept of 'moving of surplus rural labor' was suggested to replace that of 'allocation of rural labor resources'.
