摘 要:目的: 探讨苯那普利对肾性高血压大鼠的降压疗效及对肾素血管紧张素系统(RAS)和血管内皮功能的影响。方法: 制备高血压大鼠模型,给予苯那普利,观察降压效果,治疗5周,分别应用放免法和硝酸还原酶法测定血浆血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)和一氧化氮(NO)的浓度。结果: 治疗后血压明显下降(P<0.01);治疗后血浆AngⅡ水平降低,NO水平增高,治疗前后有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论: 苯那普利对肾性高血压治疗有效,并可改善血管内皮功能。Objective: To explore the effect of benazepril on serum angiotensin II(Ang II) and nitric oxide(NO)in rats with renal hypertension. Methods: The rats with renal hypertension were treated with benazepril for 5 weeks. The plasma levels of NO and AngⅡwere measured before and after the treatment.Results: The plasma level of AngⅡwith hypertension was significantly higher (P<0.01), but the plasma level of NO was lower than those of controls (P<0.01). After the treatment , the blood pressure decreased significantly (P<0.01). The plasma level of NO increased and that of AngII decreased (P<0.01). Conclusion: The treatment of benazepril plays an important role not only in reducing the blood pressure but also in protecting the endothelial function.
