摘　　要：货车滚动轴承早期故障轨边声学诊断系统通过测量和分析车辆运行过程中滚动轴承所产生的噪声,判别轴承的工作状态,对早期故障做出诊断和报警,便于故障轴承的及时处理,避免或减少轴承故障导致的燃轴、切轴和脱轨事故,从而保障行车安全,减少热轴停车,并为检修提供必要的数据。特别是在目前我国铁路货车提速的形势下,这一装置的投入使用,对行车安全和运输效率的提高具有十分重要意义。The Trackside Acoustic Detector System (hereinafter called TADS) for rolling bearings of the train can judge the working condition of rolling bearings through measuring its noise level when the train is operating, detect the initial trouble and alarm. Because of treating the trouble bearing in time, accidents concerning bearing burn, break and digression are avoided or decreased. The train can operate safely, the opportunity of stop with hot box is decreased, necessary data for overhauling is also provided. In particular at present the speed of the train in China has been increased, the TADS are more meaningful for safety operation and high efficiency transportation of the trains.
