再论邓小平民主法制思想

摘　　要：以“个人所有制”为特征的“自由人联合体”是马克思关于社会主义所有制的根本要义 ,也是其科学社会主义的基本民主观。自社会主义制度实践以来 ,邓小平“两个飞跃”思想指导下的“统分结合”的双层经营体制 ,是“自由人联合体”思想破天荒第一次科学实践 ,充分体现了邓小平社会主义民主思想的根本性与科学性 ,并为中国特色的社会主义民主奠定了坚实的基础 ,开辟了科学广阔的发展道路。“Freeman to unite”, characterized by the private ownership, represents Marx's socialist system of ownership and the scientific socialist democracy. Since the practice of the socialism, the double management system of “cent combination”, under the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's “Two Leaps”, is the first breakthrough in the scientific practice of “Freeman to unite”, which characterizes Deng Xia oping's democratic ideology, forms the foundation for the socialist democracy an d serves as the torchlight for the development.
