摘　　要：海上侵权事故发生之后 ,核心问题是如何公平、有效地进行损害赔偿。通过分析提出了确定海上侵权损害赔偿的基本原则 ,即全部赔偿、限定赔偿和减损赔偿原则。Once an accident of marine torts happens, the core issue is to compens ate the damaged parties justly and effectively. This paper puts forward three ba sic principles in deciding on the compensation for the marine torts, namely the pri nciples of full compensation, limited compensation and loss-reducing compensatio n.
