摘　　要：通过对“TheGeelong”案的评析 ,简单介绍英国司法制度下“司法认知”规则的含义、法理基础、效力、种类和中国的相应规定。This article, by the analysis of the Geelong case, briefly introduces the conc ep t, legal base, function and category of the “Judicial Notice” rules under Eng lish judicial system, as well as the relevant stipulation in China.
